U19 Girl
s just had another team drop out, so we are down to 5 teams.  Teams scheduled to play GU19A1 now have a BYE for that match.  Sorry.

The List of Accepted Teams for U16 Girls and Boys (click here) and U19 Girls and Boys (click here) has been updated for the April 16-17 rescheduled Tournament.
Game Schedules
for the rescheduled U16/19 weekend (April 16-17) are now available:

The Game Schedule is also searchable by Team, by Date, etc.  GU16 should be unchanged. BU19 has been eliminated.  Major changes in BU16 (7 teams) and GU19 (6 teams).
In GU16 (4 teams), based on points after 3 games, 1st plays 2nd, and 3rd plays 4th, Sunday afternoon.
In BU16 (7 teams) teams 1-4 will play 3 round-robin games (2 on Saturday, 1 on Sunday); teams 5-8 will play 2 round-robin games Saturday and/or Sunday (note the ***DROPPED*** = no game).  Based on points after the round-robin games, 1st among teams 1-4 plays 1st among teams 5-8; and 2nd place plays 2nd place, Sunday afternoon.
GU19 is divided into 2 groups of 3 teams each.  Games within each 3-team group (1-3, 4-6) count toward placement for the 1st and 3rd place matches Sunday afternoon:  1st place among teams 1-3 plays 1st place among teams 4-6; 2nd place in each group plays in the 3rd place match.

Referee assignments
will be completed for both dates no later than Thursday:  Sat. Apr 16th and Sun. Apr 17th.  The Referee Schedule is searchable by individual referee's name.

(added Sunday 3/6/2016 5:00pm) Sunday's GU10-14 matches cannot be rescheduled for another date; teams will receive a partial refund of their Tournament Fee based on the number of games played.  Trophies will be awarded based on the standings at the end of Saturday's play.

(added 2/19/2016) Game Schedules for the Girls U10-14 weekend March 5-6 have now been published.  Use the Search for Games By: window to search for your Team's games.
All U10 and U12 teams will play 2 round-robin games on Saturday and 1 on Sunday morning.  The 1st place team from each flight of 4 teams within a Group (A-E) will play in Sunday afternoon's Group A-E 1st place match; the 2nd place team from each flight will play in Sunday afternoon's Group A-E 3rd place match.  Please do not leave after your Sunday morning match until you have double-checked your team's standings.   Ask if you are not sure!
All U14 teams will play 2 round-robin games Saturday and 2 on Sunday.  Final standings and trophies are determined by total points within each 5-team Group.

(added 2/16/2016) The List of Accepted Teams for Girls U10-14 has been updatedthere are now 40 teams in U12 Girls.  U10 (32 teams) and U14 (20 teams) Girls lists are unchanged.  Teams have not yet been seeded and assigned to Groups; that should be done by Wednesday or Thursday, with Game Schedules to follow shortly thereafter.

(added 2/14/2016) The List of Accepted Teams for Boys U10-14 has now been posted.  Teams have not yet been seeded and assigned to Groups:  4 groups of 8 teams for U10 and U12, 4 groups of 5 teams for U14.  Game and Referee schedules will be available within a few days.

Note: NO PETS ALLOWED! The "Facility Use Rules" do not permit ANY pets at this site.
You may want to bring your own shade as there are no shelters near any of the fields and exactly 1 tree.

Team Formations: U10: 7 v 7,   U12: 9 v 9,   All others: 11 v 11
Entry Fees: U10 & U12: $450 per team;  U14, U16, U19: $500 per team. (Refunded if team not accepted)
Referee Deposit (Divisions U10-14 only): $150.  (Refunded if the minimum number of assignments are met. Referee deposits will be returned to teams completing all requirements within two (2) weeks of the tournament’s completion).

One check for both the team fee and referee fee issued by your Region is required with your application for consideration. Checks are to be made payable to AYSO Region 9 Pot O' Gold.

Refund Policy: Any team dropping out within 30 days prior to the tournament will receive a FULL refund. After that, only if a replacement team is found. If the tournament is canceled for any reason a FULL refund will be issued.
Teams that are not accepted will receive a full refund within 48 hrs of the application deadline, unless they choose to be placed on a wait list.

Referees:

U10-U14 teams are required to provide Team Referees who are capable of doing tournament-level U10-U14 matches.
Referees for the U16/19 weekend are by invitation only.  Please contact Chuck Huffer if you are an Advanced or National referee and would like to participate.

Referees for U10-U14 matches may schedule themselves for assignments consistent with their level of training and experience.  See the Scheduling Instructions for Referee Self-Scheduling.

Features:

All players and two coaches will receive a tournament pin.  Working referees will receive a shirt, coin and a meal ticket for the concession stand.

Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th place teams in each 8-Team Pool (5-team pools will receive 1st and 2nd place only).

A Concession stand serving hot food, candy and beverages is located at Conejo Creek.

Proceeds from the Tournament will be used for Region 9 soccer field development.

Game & Referee Schedules will be available 1 week prior to the start of play.
