You will need the Username & Password (but not the User ID) to make changes to Team or Referee information.  
1.  Enter a Unique User ID # ----->
(suggestion:  LastName+FirstInitial+Last4DigitsHomePhone)		  
 If your User ID# is not unique, you will be returned to this page and see an error message in red above.
*** The Username and Password below will be used if you need to go back and make changes to
Team Information or Referee Information ***
2.  Enter a Unique Username for Yourself ----->  
If your Username is not unique, you will be returned to this page and see an error message in red above.
3.  Enter a Password for Yourself (easy for you to remember, hard for others to guess) ----->  
You might want to print this page out or jot your Username & Password down.
You will need to remember your User ID # if you want to change your Username or Password
